Standard Stirling Auto Parts Warranty
By installing Stirling Auto Parts product on your automobile you agree to and are bound by our Warranty Policy. If you do not agree to the terms presented in the warranty policy then do not use the parts and return the product according to the terms presented in the return policy.
Stirling Auto Parts provides a standard warranty of 6 months from the date received by the original purchaser or installer, unless otherwise specified, which covers the replacement of a defective part(s). All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Once the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved Stirling Auto Parts will, at their discretion, provide you with a one-time replacement part
Replacement parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of exchange or the remainder of the warranty period on the original part, whichever is longer.
Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.
All warranty claims must include an image of the part, and an image showing the part stamp, if visible, on the part. The part may be required to be returned for inspection. The return policy must be followed.
Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages returned by the customer containing the parts being claimed under warranty because the customer is the shipper and only shipper can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
